Pinocchio is next in my chronological list of Disney animated features which was released in 1940.

2:30 PM – I noticed the opening credits use the same style as “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” where they are using the colors of the main characters costume. Interestingly, Snow White’s outfit and Pinocchio’s are the same colors.
2:31 PM – Jiminy Crickett can sing “When You Wish Upon a Star” whenever he wants to me!
2:32 PM – Why does Jiminy Crickett appear to hop to Geppetto’s house like a real cricket, but when we see him get around, he’s walking like a human?
2:37 PM – Figaro dancing with Geppetto in “Little Wooden Head” just made my heart so happy.
2:39 PM – Poor Figaro, give him attention Geppetto!
2:39 PM – Why are all Geppetto’s clocks violent or inappropriate? What kind of wood carving shop is this?
2:40 PM – How Disney animators got a fish to be so pretty and loveable, I will never know.
2:48 PM – Blue Fairy is giving me Judy Garland as Dorothy vibes.
2:49 PM – I’ve been trying to whistle since I’ve heard the song “Give a Little Whistle” on a Disney Sing-along video and I still can’t.
3:27 PM – Petition to have “Red Lobster Inn” as a lounge on the next Disney Cruise Line ship.
3:36 PM – When Dopey first turns green, he makes a face that looks exactly like Dopey from “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”.
3:37 PM – Why is playing pool in old movies always considered such a forbidden game?
3:40 PM – The moment when Lampwick starts rapidly turning into a donkey is terrifying.
3:43 PM – I appreciate a pet owner that is so dedicated to taking care of his pets that he takes his fish on a journey to find his son.
3:46 PM – Jiminy, that fish was following you, that’s your sign to keep it as a pet!
3:49 PM – Did I miss something? Why did that seahorse Jiminy Cricket is with also have donkey ears?
4:00 PM – That entire getting out of Monstro scene gives me so much anxiety of how Cleo could possibly survive.
4:03 PM – I wish there was a Pinocchio sequel to see what happens to Pinocchio when he goes to school. Does the Blue Fairy have to get involved again?
